We are selling PORK! They are half Red Wattle Pigs, Red Wattles are a heritage breed and on the Arch of Taste. They are pasture raised and chemical free. Processing is at Carroll County Locker on Aug 7th, $1.25 per pound for whole hog plus processing (about $1 per pound) or $1.50 for half a hog. I expect they will weigh in at about 250 to 300 pounds hanging weight, you can expect the take-home weight to be about 75% of the hanging weight.
